At the EV India Conference in Chennai, three of us—EV Fellows deeply rooted in the DTC ecosystem—came together, driven by the challenges we encountered daily. One of us, a co-founder of Anveshan, India’s largest Farm-to-Fork brand, shared the struggles of scaling in a complex market.
